REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions
Subject to the terms and
conditions (“Terms”) set forth below, you are eligible to receive a reward on
purchases made with the At Home Insider Perks Credit Card or the At Home
Insider Perks Mastercard Credit Card (each an “Account”). By using your
Account, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms.
Earning Rewards: You will earn five (5)
points for each dollar ($1) of Net
Purchases made with your Account in At Home store locations. In addition, At
Home Insider Perks Mastercard cardholders will earn three (3) points for every dollar
($1) spent at any other participating merchant or service where Mastercard is
accepted. You may see points you earn advertised as % back in rewards. “Net
Purchases” means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized
user on your Account minus any returns or refunds. You do not earn points on
interest, cash advances, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any
kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your
Account. Points will be deducted for any returns or credits made on your
Account. Points will appear on your monthly statement. From time to time there
may be promotional offers for the program, which provide the opportunity to
earn additional points as defined by the terms of the promotion.
Earning Restrictions: Points earned are not
transferable, have no cash value and may not be used as payment on an Account
or for any obligations to At Home or to Synchrony Bank. If there is any abuse
of or failure to follow these Terms or any misrepresentation by you, all points
shall be forfeited and no additional points shall accumulate. Points from
separate Accounts, even having the same address, may not be combined onto one
Account. There is no maximum number of points that you can accumulate in the
program.
If
your Account is in default as described in your Account Agreement
(“Agreement”), you may be prohibited from earning points and may forfeit any
rewards not already issued in the form of a Rewards Certificate. If your
Account is closed for any reason, your membership in the rewards program will
be terminated and the total balance of your accumulated reward earnings not
issued as a Rewards Certificate will be forfeited. You will also forfeit any
accumulated points if the rewards program is terminated. Additionally, any
fraud or abuse related to the accrual of points or the issuance of a Rewards
Certificate will result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation
of the rewards program on your Account. If your points are forfeited for any
reason, they will not be reinstated.
Expiration: Points earned will not expire
but Rewards Certificates expire 90 days after the issue date.
Certificate Process: Subject to these Terms, points
will accumulate and a $5 rewards certificate (“Rewards Certificate”) will be
issued for every 500 points earned. Rewards Certificates may be issued in $5,
$10, $15 or $20 denominations. A cardholder can receive up to 4 Rewards
Certificates per statement month. Any points in a billing cycle which total
less than 500 points will be applied toward a Rewards Certificate in a future
billing cycle. Within one to two billing cycles after your net points balance
equals or exceeds 500 points, you will be issued a Rewards Certificate which
will be sent in your billing statement.
Reward Restrictions: Rewards Certificates are only
valid for purchases at participating At Home stores. Rewards Certificates are
not redeemable for At Home gift cards, gift certificates, any third-party gift
cards or cash. Rewards Certificates are not refundable, or transferable for
cash, credit, or other rewards under any circumstances. No photocopies or
replications will be honored. Additionally, any fraud or abuse related to the
redemption of a Rewards Certificate will result in cancellation of membership
in the rewards program. Rewards Certificates have no cash value and may not be
redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and any unused portion will not be
returned as cash. Rewards Certificates may not be used as payment on an Account
or for any obligations to At Home. Use of any Rewards Certificate shall be
subject to additional restrictions, if any, disclosed on the Rewards
Certificate itself. Rewards Certificates are invalid after redemption. If the
value of a purchase is less than the value of the Rewards Certificates being
redeemed, then any remaining Rewards Certificate’s balance will be forfeited.
Rewards Certificates are valid for 90 days from issue date as set forth on the
Rewards Certificate. Rewards Certificates are not “gift certificates” or “gift
cards.”
Right to Change/Modify/Cancel: The
rewards program and benefits are offered by At Home and serviced by Synchrony
Bank. At Home reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict, waive or
terminate the rewards program or any aspects or features of the rewards program
at any time without prior notice.
